力求在掌握基礎知識的同時，培養學生聽、說、讀、寫的綜合能力，在讀、寫方面，教師應多方獵取素材，讓學生多讀、多寫，達到熟能生巧的程度；聽的訓練，在讓學生掌握聽的技巧的同時，讓學生多聽；說的能力的培養，重點放在每一堂課上，課前5—10分鐘，訓練學生的口語能力，日積月累，學生的口語能力一定能達到一定的水平。

二、學生基本情況分析：

從上學期期末考試成績來看，一班平均分56，優等率0%，及格率40%。二班平均分54，優等率0%，及格率37%，從整體上來說，一班平均分略高于二班。兩班的低程生都較多，其中不足50分的，一班有12個人，二班有13個人。有一部分同學在一年級就學習成績就較差、紀律渙散。但兩班絕大多數學生學習態度比較端正。并且通過初中一年的學習，學生已基本掌握了英語學習基本方法和技巧，這是搞好本學期英語教學的有利條件。但是有一部分學生學習英語的積極性不高，沒有形成良好的學習習慣，沒有學會好的學習方法。有的甚至對英語仍然一竅不通。

1、學生的知識基礎：

初二學生已經經歷了一年的英語學習，對英語學習已經有了充分的認識，在語音、詞匯、語法的掌握上有了初步的基礎，聽、說、讀、寫、的能力有了較大的提高。班里有一部分優等生，對進一步學習有很大的信心。但基礎差的學生大有人在。有的學生發音不準，不能根據音標讀出單詞，還有的學生甚至連國際音標都不知道，這都是非常嚴重的問題。這就更需要在今后的教學工作中抓優等生，帶動中等生，轉化低程生，以便大面積的提高教學質量。

2、學生的能力發展水平：

由于學生的知識水平存在著差異，致使學生的能力發展水平也存在著較大的差異，有些同學的能力相對較強，能把所學的知識靈活運用，而大多數同學聽、說、讀、寫的能力都很差，有的同學甚至連簡單的課堂用語也聽不懂，更不用說用英語表達了。這就需要老師在教學過程中因材施教、循循善誘。

3、學生的學習態度

多數學生能充分認識到學習的重要性，能把學習擺在首要位置，上課認真聽講，認真完成作業。但也有部分學生學習目的不明確，導致干勁不足，甚至對學習已失去信心。這些同學上課不專心聽講，經常做小動作，在班里形成不好的影響，這就需要教師在今后的教學中，做好這些同學的思想工作，使其認識到學習的重要性，進而激發他們的學習興趣，彌補他們基礎知識的不足，圓滿完成今年的教學任務。

4、學生的學習方法和學習習慣：

在一年半的初中生活中，學生掌握了一定的學習方法，積累一些學習經驗。上課認真聽講，下課跟上復習。但也有部分學生根本沒有養成良好的學習習慣，導致成績越來越差。在學習上總處于被動地位，因此培養學生良好的學習習慣，使他們掌握靈活多變的學習方法是非常重要的，也只有這樣才能大幅度地提高教學成績。

三、教材分析：

1、本學期使用教材為人教本（新目標）三年制初級中學教科書試用修訂本，本教材共有12個單元，均是新授課，其中包括2個復習單元，2個文化單元。并且每一單元后都附帶著SelfCheck。新教材具有以下特點：

（1）量大，增加了新單詞，每單元最后一課的內容增多，每課的練習題目都有了不同程度的增加。

（2）緊扣我國國情，教材在修改中，去掉了外國生活實際，而不適應中國國情的內容，增加了教材的'真實性和可信度。（3）每單元有各種課內課外活動，學生有大量的機會參與活動，有利于能力的提高。

2、本學期教材學習內容有500多個單詞。一些簡單的交際會話、日常用語。本書每個單元都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目與語法結構、需要掌握的基本詞匯，并分為A和B兩部分。A部分是基本的語言內容。B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。每個單元還附有SelfCheck部分，學生可用來自我檢測本單元所學的語言知識。

《新目標英語》八年級（下冊），全書共有十個單元，另兩個復習單元。本教材各單元話題靈活，貼近生活實際。本冊書將學習的一些語法知識點有：一般將來時、過去進行時、現在完成時、間接引語、時間狀語從句、條件狀語從句、反意疑問句等。同時每個單元后都提供了一篇閱讀文章，用以訓練學生的閱讀能力，擴大學生的閱讀量。

四、學情簡要分析

整體而言，學生成績和學生的學習態度的兩級分化十分嚴重，少部分英語基礎好的優秀學生，不管是在學校，還是在家，都能認真學習、主動思考問題，同時還能夠及時反饋學習情況，在他們身上，教和學得到了比較好的統一。與此相反的是，另一部分同學英語基礎很差，有些連26個字母都不能背全；學習態度也十分懶散，不但不愿學，不想學，還影響課堂紀律，影響他人學習。其他大部分學生屬于中間層次，雖然不太吵，但學習情況依然很不理想，還是存在很多不想學不愿學的情況。總的來說，學生在英語學習上所存在的'問題主要表現在:

(1)聽、說、讀、寫等方面的基本技能未能掌握，連音標和單詞的拼讀都沒有掌握好；

（2）受方言影響，多數同學的發音不準確。

(3)單詞量掌握較少。

（4）上課時精力不集中，對英語有一定的抵觸心理；

（5）學生整體的惰性還是很強，自覺性很差。

二、所教班級學生基本情況分析：

我任教八年級一、二兩個教學班，一班共有學生62人，其中大部分學生基礎比較差，但進取心強。二班共有59人，其中很多學生英語基礎差，并且不求上進。通過一年的英語學習，兩班均由于基礎不平衡，少部分男學生自覺性不高，認真程度也不及女學生，所以兩極分化已漸出現。為了更好地搞好八年級英語教學，提高學生的英語水平，在制定本計劃和設計教案的時候，必須做到以學生的興趣為中心，寓教于樂，激發學生的靈感，促使學生積極思維并自覺地吸收和創造性地使用所學語言知識、展現自己的個性，切實完成“腰桿子”工程的教育教學工作。
